The company with its efficiency in logistics processes is essential for the success of companies, especially in a competitive environment. COMTRACPOR S.A., dedicated to the transport and storage of goods, faces significant challenges in the management of its logistics operations, which affects its competitiveness. The company has deficiencies in route planning, the management of appropriate technology in documents to optimize processes. Despite having tools such as Hunter and Tracklink for real-time tracking, the lack of an integrated system and a strategic approach limits its operational capacity.
