Gestión de la calidad como aporte al cuidado ambiental en la producción de pitahaya en el Sitio Pajonal, Parroquia Leonidas Plaza.

Abstract

The general objective of this research work consisted of the design and elaboration of a sustainable circular economy model in the cultivation of pitahaya, with the purpose of informing the owner and workers of Finca "El Renacer" the different ways of generating income through the resources provided by the production of pitahaya. The study supports the theoretical information of the variables, through the documentary - bibliographic, descriptive, analysis and synthesis method with the purpose of establishing a relationship between quality management and environmental care in the production of pitahaya at the Finca "El Renacer", regarding the research methodology that was used was mixed since quantitative and qualitative approaches were used, in which observation was carried out to analyze and interpret the situation of the farm, in addition, a questionnaire was carried out for the application of the surveys to the 14 workers and the interview to the owner of the farm "El Renacer". To measure the reliability of the instruments, the consistency of the results, as well as to tabulate the data obtained through the applied techniques, the statistical software SPSS v.26 was used.
