Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to analyze the impact of financial management on ZipNet's economic growth and to design a guide to optimize this process. Using a mixed-methodological approach, deficiencies in financial planning and staff training were identified, which limit growth potential. Survey and interview results show that, although current financial management partially supports economic growth, there is a widespread perception that implementing a structured model would significantly improve the company's profitability and sustainability. Therefore, a financial management model guide is proposed that optimizes the use of resources, encourages informed strategic decision-making, and strengthens competitiveness in the local market.
