Implementación de software virtualizado basado en la nube para las prácticas de aplicación sistemas operativos: desarrollo de una guía practica.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to implement a cloud-based virtualized software environment using Proxmox to improve the pedagogical practices of the operating system applications course taught in the third semester of the information technology degree. The project includes not only the configuration of a secure, flexible and scalable virtualized environment, but also the development of a structured and practical guide to promote self-learning of students. The methodology used combines quantitative and experimental methods to evaluate effectiveness, satisfaction and academic performance through surveys and direct observations. The results show that virtualization significantly improves the quality of practice, reduces the limitations associated with physical hardware and promotes more dynamic and inclusive learning. This work makes a significant contribution to the modernization of educational strategies, to the promotion of the use of innovative technologies in the academic field, as well as to increasing the accessibility and training experience of technical subjects.
