The present research was carried out with the objective of evaluating the effect of the addition of multispecific probiotics MSP (Lactobacillus vulgaris, Saccharomyces cereviciae, Bacillus clausii) in the diet on the productive parameters in pigs in the fattening stage (133 - 163 days), in the canton of El Carmen. For this purpose, four treatments were evaluated: T1 (Lactobacillus vulgaris), T2 (Saccharomyces cereviciae), T3 (Bacillus clausii) and T4 (Control) arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design. The variables evaluated per axis were: weekly and total weight gain, feed conversion and benefit/cost ratio. The results determined that there were no statistical differences for total weight gain, numerically there was a slight increase in weight gain in T1 (Lactobacillus vulgaris). The feed conversion index (FCI) did not differ from the control (p>0.05) due to the effect of the addition of multispecific probiotics; however, treatment T1 (Lactobacillus vulgaris) showed the best feed conversion with 2,86. The treatment with the highest Benefit/Cost was treatment T4 (Control) with 1,22, that is, for each dollar invested, 22 cents of profit were obtained.es
