Abstract

Ergonomic and technological factors have a positive impact on the work performance of teachers, for this reason teachers in the technical area must have a comfortable environment when carrying out their activities, in this way the question of the problem statement arose, which specifically How do ergonomic and technological factors influence the work performance of teachers in the technical area of the Laica Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí?, whose general objective was “Identify the ergonomic and technological factors that “affected the work performance of the teachers in the meeting room of the technical area of the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí Chone extension.” Likewise, a methodology was used that consisted of the application of theoretical methods such as quantitative and qualitative, in the same way empirical methods such as survey and interview were executed, necessary for the collection of important data to be able to address the problem and meet the specific objectives. The general conclusion that was defined is that ergonomic and technological factors generate a positive impact in the meeting room of the teachers in the technical area of the beneficiary institution.
