Abstract

The research work is presented with the objective of determining the efficiency of technological waste recycling methods in the recovery of materials from the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí.", The proper management of technological waste is a growing concern in educational institutions due to the growing amount of electronic waste generated and its environmental impact. This research work was carried out to solve the following question: how does the efficiency of technological waste recycling methods affect the recovery of materials of the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí?, this research was carried out in two academic periods, in order to comply with this project, 3 scientific tasks were proposed where the first emphasizes the theoretical positions of the project expressed in chapter I, the second is to diagnose recycling methods in technological waste for the recovery of materials and finally to demonstrate what recycling methods are appropriate for technological waste in the recovery of materials, through a discussion of results, the methodology applied in chapter II, emphasizes research with a mixed approach, highlighting field research with methods such as inductive, deductive, analytical among others; instruments such as survey, interview and observation were also applied, resulting in ignorance of the existence of technological waste recycling programs and concluding the proposals for the recovery of materials at the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí in the Chone extension.
