Abstract

The research problem focuses on connectivity deficiencies on the second floor of Block B of ULEAM Chone extension, where bandwidth limitations, outdated equipment and inadequate configurations directly affect the learning and educational experience of students and teachers. This situation generates frustration and hinders access to essential digital resources. The objective of this project is to optimize the technological infrastructure to guarantee a stable, fast and secure connection, thus improving the educational environment. The main research question is: How can improving the wireless internet infrastructure on the second floor of Block B of ULEAM Chone extension solve the current connectivity deficiencies and foster a more efficient and modern educational environment? A mixed methodology was used, combining descriptive and applied research, as well as quantitative and qualitative tools, such as surveys and direct observations. The results show a high dependence on the Internet by students, who face problems of low signal, frequent outages and unstable connection.
