Abstract

The proposed research aims to characterize a human talent model for strengthening job performance and service quality in the FENAPROPE Human Talent Department. Currently, the personnel selection process lacks a defined set of criteria, which affects both employee selection and performance. Using a mixed, qualitative and quantitative approach, and using inductive and deductive methods, the research uses techniques such as interviews to obtain relevant data. The results reveal the lack of an integrated and uniform system for measuring and improving employee performance and personnel selection. Through the descriptive method, the way in which this absence of a system affects processes is detailed, providing a solid basis for designing improvements. As part of this project, the design of a Human Talent Guide for Personnel Selection is proposed, which seeks to improve management, optimization, clarity, and transparency in personnel recruitment.
