Abstract

In this work, the development of the construction of a work table with MIG welding for the TSE Extension el Carmen race is analyzed, where the entire procedure and development of this project is disclosed, as well as the different types of problems that They are presented when launching this project, with the objective of being useful for the other students of the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí, El Carmen Extension. The table has a surface designed with an optimised geometric arrangement of holes, which allows for a homogeneous distribution and efficient fixation of the components to be welded. In addition, it incorporates a mechanical lifting system that adjusts the height according to the needs of the worker and the specifications of the technical procedure. In the development of the project, metal inert gas welding (MIG) different analyses were carried out for the construction of the project and that it is of help to the students of the TSE career with the use of a special welding, resulting in the improvement of pre-professional practices.
