Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility has become a topic of great interest and relevance today, since companies face an increasingly complex and changeable environment, companies must consider the social, environmental, political and economic impact of their procedures and do everything possible to minimize negative effects and maximize benefits to society. The objective was based on analyzing the contribution in the application of Corporate Social Responsibility in the producing businesses of the canton of El Carmen. The proposed methodology was based on qualitative and quantitative methods, bibliographic, field research, as well as techniques such as surveys and interviews, with a population of 360 banana producers, of which the data were given in FENAPROFE where the data. They were 5600 and performing a Chi-square test yielding data of 360 and this is how the results were determined. The proposal was based on a practical guide to the application of corporate social responsibility for the mutual benefit of producers and the community and finally reached conclusions about the impact that Corporate Social Responsibility has had on producer businesses, establishing appropriate recommendations for improvement. and in that case to the evolution of the actions that must be taken in the Canton to apply Corporate Social Responsibility.
