Abstract

This research seeks to analyze inclusion as a novel model that complements traditional tourism on the Los Esteros beach in the City of Manta. It has the Los Esteros parish as a study area where the problem is to seek equality and social integration, so that they can access this place without any problem, with the objective of implementing ramps and thus promoting tourism. Depending on the research object, the methodology applied was descriptive, where various documentary sources were used that served as a parable to contextualize and point out the object of study. People with reduced mobility is becoming increasingly relevant in the tourism sector, the large number of people who make up this market segment has led to a tourist offer whose content is to adapt and satisfy this type of customer, the implementation of accessibility will increase satisfaction, to obtain their loyalty, and improve image perception and destination quality.
