Diseño de productos turísticos para el desarrollo agroturístico de la Finca Lodana Uleam, cantón Santa Ana, provincia de Manabí.

Abstract

The present research project is elaborated with the intention of designing a proposal of tourism products for the agrotourism development of the Lodana Uleam farm located in Santa Ana, province of Manabi, the research is carried out in this territory because the characteristics that this experimental farm has for the exercise of agrotourism have been visualized. The proposal of tourism products will give added value to finca Lodana Uleam, involve the community and be a reference for agrotourism in the province of Manabi. Within the methodological design of this research, the descriptive and explanatory method is used since it seeks to describe, record, analyze and interpret the elements of the territory as well as to expand knowledge about the study area. It includes the review of literature and official documents such as: National Tourism Plan (2030), Territorial Planning and Development Plan 2015 - 2019 of the Santa Ana canton, among others. Techniques used include interviews with key informants, technical sheets for information gathering and inventory of attractions or resources, design of tourism products and the application of a business model. As a result, it is proposed to design three tourism products with a business plan: Canva model for the Lodana Uleam Farm to contribute to its agrotourism development, which could be replicated in other experimental farms owned by the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí.
