El ciclo turismo como actividad turística en la zona rural de San Lorenzo -Manta año 2020-2021.

Abstract

The present research focuses on developing a complete study of bicycle tourism as a tourist activity in the rural area of San Lorenzo, the importance for cyclists and economic benefit for the area in-volved, analyzing it from the tourist side with the resources that the San Lorenzo area has. Lorenzo, evaluating the characteristics that link a route according to the cyclist. From the first chapter to the end of this research, cyclists who travel through the San Lorenzo area were evaluated and observed concurrently, evidencing the access roads, their infrastructure, the lack of services for cyclists, evi-dencing the feasibility of implement a tourist route that makes it possible to take advantage of the great potential of bicycle lanes for the practice of cycling, as an alternative means that seeks to raise awareness of a more livable world through activities that do not damage the environment and improve the quality of life of people, lowering the stress level, routine and sedentary lifestyle when exercising while having fun and getting to know the diversity of flora and fauna of San Lorenzo. Finally, an investigation was developed where it was possible to determine and analyze that cyclists agree and see the implementation of a rural bike lane in the San Lorenzo area as very important, connecting with different tourist places that allow visiting each tourist attraction that is found. on the way highlighting that the best way to get to know a city or a place is by means of a bicycle because the tourist or visitor can park anywhere to observe the panorama and visit each tourist point, having a direct connection with the tourist diversity.
