Evaluación de los protocolos de bioseguridad aplicados en agencias de viajes post covid 19 del cantón Manta.

Abstract

This research study evaluated the biosecurity protocols applied by post-COVID 19 travel agencies in the Manta canton. The objective of this project was to evaluate the biosafety protocols to determine the effectiveness of their implementation, identify key concepts, describe the methodological process, and analyze the results obtained. Likewise, it was possible to identify the theoretical precepts involved in the research study through the definition and origin of the COVID 19 virus, the fall that tourism had when stopping all activities due to the confinement to avoid the contagion of this virus and the biosafety protocols. In addition, the evaluation method was used which was directed towards a quantitative approach and with the application of the survey technique that was directed towards the clients of the travel agencies and this was carried out online through the google forms platform, an infinite sample was taken and an approximate of 415 surveys were filled out. The results obtained were favorable for the travel agencies, the clients agree that the application is carried out correctly, although there are some things that the travel agencies should improve when applying these biosecurity protocols. Therefore, it is concluded that the biosecurity protocols applied by post-COVID 19 travel agencies in the city of Manta are effective in their implementation.
