Resumen : This research studies the form of human talent management in the hotels "Santa fe" and "Oceaník", in the city of Manta, seeking to improve the service to customers who visit it in times of health crisis, due to the problems related to the quality of care shown in the hotels, during the health crisis that we are living. The main objective is to improve the management of human talent crisis. The procedures to be carried out were guided by methods, techniques and tools necessary in an investigation, to collect the pertinent information. We handle scientific methods: observation, theoretical analysis, deductive-inductive being the most consistent with what was raised; In addition, proceed to carry out the respective surveys and interviews, collecting the corresponding information, in its different phases, both primary and secondary, acquiring the required data and complementing them with what is established by the experts. The results were in accordance with the expectations that had been raised and confirmed certain deficits in the hotel service,hoping that the current research will be of great help to improve these weaknesses during times of health crisis. To conclude, the results obtained are analyzed and an action plan is proposed to improve the quality of the service that helps during the health crisis and in its subsequent post-pandemic period.
Descripción : Esta investigación estudia la forma de gestión del talento humano en los hoteles "Santa Fe" y "Oceanik" de la ciudad de Manta, buscando mejorar el servicio a los clientes que lo visiten en épocas de crisis sanitaria, debido a la problemática relacionada con la calidad de atención mostrada en los hoteles, durante la crisis sanitaria que estamos viviendo.
