Resumen : The city of Manta does not have gastronomic routes according to the preferences of the visitors. It is considered that this is due to the lack of knowledge of the gastronomic preferences of tourists by those who offer tourist and gastronomic services. It is for such a case that this research project aims to propose a proposal for personalized gastronomic routes based on the preferences of tourists who visit the city of Manta, for tourists to obtain adequate information and more practical access to the time to enjoy the gastronomic products offered by each of the food establishments. Given this situation, the following question arises: How are the gastronomic preferences of visitors to the city of Manta identified for the creation of gastronomic routes? Faced with this question, it should be considered that Manta is a city with a wide variety of gastronomic products which seek to satisfy the needs of some of the visitors. The project was based on the deductive method since, based on a survey base, it was determined how the population identifies the main products of the city and thus be able to generate gastronomic routes, during the investigation the mixed approach was kept in practice since this allowed to identify the files and analyzes on the offers of the city and in turn to the result of the surveys on the preferences of tourists and their limited information in relation to gastronomic destinations.
Descripción : La ciudad de Manta no cuenta con rutas gastronómicas de acuerdo con las preferencias de los visitantes. Se considera que esto se da a la falta de conocimiento en cuanto a las preferencias gastronómicas de los turistas por parte de quienes ofrecen servicios turísticos y gastronómicos.
