Propuesta de nuevos productos y servicios turísticos adaptados en la Hacienda Manantiales Del Rocío.

Abstract

Hacienda Manantiales del Rocío is a new tourist establishment located in the springs commune of the Montecristi canton, which launched its tourist products in 2018, a wonderful place to spend together with family and friends, the establishment seeks to get out of the comfort zone its visitors entering them intotheir agro tourism activities, however their short time in the tourism market has allowed them to launch three tourist packages to the public, therefore, it is substantial to carry out research and learn about new tourist products that theycould offer taking advantage of their natural wealth , gastronomic and its location that makes it privileged to have 420 hectares. The methodological process to achieve the objective of this research was content analysis, bibliographic review, field work, in addition to applying a workshop with the Brainstorming method to obtain new proposals for tourist services, which were chosen through the results of 137 surveys. applied to theclients of Hacienda Manantiales del Rocío who chose the services they would like the new tourism products to contain. By means of the theoretical framework, it is possible to identify various topics that start from when it is a tourist product, its components and how it should be designed, as well as how to get all collaborators to participate in the proposals for new tourist services that could be carried out. The proposals for new tourist services were eight of which six were the most chosen by the clients of the Hacienda Manantiales del Rocío, with the results obtained, new tourist products could be made with their due balance point. So that the establishment achieves a greater number of visits and loyalty to new customers.
