dc.description.abstract | The present project describes the creation of a micro-company dedicated to the elaboration of Homemade Condensed Milk of Flavors to be distributed and commercialized in the Montecristi canton. Today there is a great problem with people who suffer from cardiovascular diseases and who have a deficiency in their immune system, this perhaps due to the improper intake of food or poor diet of people. Condensed milk contains vitamin sources such as: Vitamin B and Magnesium, which help to form new red blood cells to improve the activity of our heart, as well as multiple benefits, which is why the creation of a new product is considered relevant. The purpose of this work is to help reduce somewhat the rates of this disease, apart from providing a new product to the market that is to the liking of people In the research the descriptive method was used, with which it was possible to study how it works the market and other areas of marketing. As a data collection instrument, a survey was applied, which had a total population sample of 376 people from the city of Montecristi, which made it possible to determine that the product will have the expected acceptance. The technical study established the location of the microenterprise that will be in the Montecristi canton, as well as its commercialization. The financial study carried out determined that the creation of the microenterprise and its growth in the long term is feasible, incorporating the proposal for the materialization of this project. | es |
