Resumen : The objective of this study was to evaluate and analyze the affectation of burnout syndrome and telestudy in medical students in medical students. Method and materials: Quantitative through statistical analysis and numerical measurement, where it was intended to establish the prevalence of Burnout Syndrome in medical students and its relationship with telestudy due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the study was carried out based on in the systematic review of the literature, therefore, databases (Medline, PubMed, Lilacs, Scielo) were used as a reference, where different articles based on the theme were found. Results: The filtering of the articles was carried out taking into account inclusion and exclusion criteria, finally 10 articles remained that met the initially established criteria. Conclusions: Burnout syndrome is an important issue that is increasing and affects the student and work environment in various professions, such as teaching and health. Currently there are very few professionals and students who can escape this threat, many students manage to develop the necessary skills in their training process that favor the completion of their academic objectives, while other young people present difficulties that are only recorded in indicators of high academic mortality, students generally experience a high load of stress in their training process.
Descripción : El objetivo de este estudio consistió en establecer mediante la revisión de la literatura la relación existente entre el Síndrome de Burnout y telestudio en estudiantes de medicina. Método y materiales: De tipo cuantitativo mediante un análisis estadístico y la medición numérica, donde se pretendió establecer la prevalencia del Síndrome de Burnout en estudiantes de medicina y su relación con el telestudio debido a la pandemia por COVID-19 y se realizó el estudio basado en la revisión sistemática de la literatura, por lo que, se tuvo como referencia bases de datos (Medline, PubMed, Lilacs, Scielo), en donde se encontraron diferentes artículos basados en el tema.
