Abstract

Managerial or business automation has gained strength within organizations, as they are in constant evolution; therefore, this research focuses on: Automation in management efficiency and the conversion of managerial information in the Port Operator Services company AXAB, where it is considered that technological problems are critical, as there are gaps in information among employees and technological adaptation within the company. The following problem was also raised: ¿How does the deficiency of automation in such installations and the lack of personnel for the different tasks affect this? And it was designed with the general objective: To conceptually develop business automation to provide and ensure efficient results in the work environment of employees and productivity; and, as a hypothesis, it was determined that a proper installation of software and training would improve the service provided and the work environment. In this process, a qualitative approach and an experimental design were used, which has a descriptive-explanatory scope. Elements that facilitated the development of this research were also considered, such as a bibliographic design, including deductive and inductive analysis methods. Furthermore, the shortcomings or limitations identified in the entity were the non-applicability of automation and technology in the different business processes. Finally, the observation and analysis of research by other authors allowed for high- impact results and, above all, raised awareness within the entity about the importance of automation.
