dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de investigativo se realizó en la granja experimental rio suma de la Universidad Laica “Eloy Alfaro” de Manabí Extensión El Carmen, el propósito de esta investigación fue evaluar el comportamiento agronómico del cultivo de zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) aplicando fertilizantes químicos, el objetivo principal fue: evaluar el comportamiento agronómico del Zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) con diferentes fertilizantes químicos en el cantón El Carmen, se empleó un Diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar (DBCA) empleando tres fertilizantes químicos: T1 ( 15-15-15), T2 ( 8-20-20), T3 (10-30-10) y el T4 (testigo) en el cultivo de zucchini.es
dc.description.abstractThe present research work was carried out in the Rio Suma experimental farm of the Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí University "Extension El Carmen", The purpose of this research was to evaluate the agronomic behavior of the Zucchini crop (Cucurbita pepo) applying chemical fertilizers, the The main objective was: to evaluate the agronomic behavior of Zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) with different chemical fertilizers in the El Carmen canton, a Randomized Complete Block Design (DBCA) was used using three chemical fertilizers: T1 (15-15-15), T2 (8-20-20), T3 (10-30-10) and T4 (control) in the zucchini crop. The best results of the investigation are: increase in height of the silver T2 (8-20-20) was the best with an increase of 4.90 cm, being superior to the other treatments, with a difference of 3.37 cm of the Witness; In the days to flowering, it can be seen that T1 (15-15-15) and T2 (8-20-20) were the best with 26.33 and 25.57 days, being statistically equal and superior to the other treatments evaluated. ; The largest number of flowers occurred in treatment 2 (8-20-20) with 7.37 flowers, the control being the one with the lowest number of flowers with 4.07; The one with the highest number of fruits was T1 (15-15-15) with 5.27 fruits per plant, being higher than the others with a difference of 4.94 fruits. Continue with research on non-traditional crops in the El Carmen canton, with the purpose of diversifying agricultural production in the area.es
