Abstract

This degree work was developed based on plant nutrition through composting from its use of organic waste, one based on animal waste and the other on plant waste, using ingredients such as; cow excrement, horse excrement, gallinaza (chicken excrement), black earth, dry vegetative material, green vegetative material, the same that was compacted until having the ideal mixture to start the harvest. For vegetable composting, lements were used; organic waste such as dry vegetative material, green vegetative material, black earth, the amounts were adequate for the spaces built for each compost bin, with a time of six days from its fermentation, the first samples began to be made, and to find the variations of both composting , including those of temperature, pH and humidity, making three samples to know its degree of maturation for each compost, these were once a week. Once the first turning and data collection of the organic materials was carried out after a certain time in the decomposition process and subsequently every six days until its complete maturation, the animal composting had a much better contrast according to the information obtained in the framework.
