Propuesta de diseño de un sistema de gestión de la calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la flota pesquera Elvayka Kyoei s.a.”.

Abstract

The present research work has as objective the elaboration of a design of a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard that ensures a process of capture and cooling of the fishing in a tuna vessel, belonging to the ELVAYKA Tuna Fleet. KYOEI S.A, from the Manta Canton, Manabí Province, which will facilitate compliance with the quality and safety parameters established by the client. The methodology is non-experimental with a descriptive and transversal phase, for the collection of information the field method will be applied, since it starts from the evaluation of the process to reach the implementation of the design of the quality management system. The technique used is observation, which allows collecting the necessary data to diagnose the current situation of the fleet in terms of compliance with the quality parameters established by the processing plant. Likewise, the present work concludes with the idea that a better application of the anagement model allows influencing the empowerment of the responsibilities that the actors have and will improve the processes of high seas fishing and its conservation until unloading in port.
