Herramientas tecnológicas en la gestión de la información. EPAM Manta 2023.

Abstract

The present research work was carried out with the purpose of applying solutions through a methodological proposal that seeks to improve the management of information with the use of technological tools in the accounting records within the treasury area in the management of financial resources of the company EPAM of Manta. This investigative project is based on bibliographic sources and pre-professional practices in said company. A survey directed to the supervisor and the personnel in the treasury area was used as a data collection instrument, in which the level of incidence that the personnel management has had within this area was defined, such as the little knowledge of new tools technologies, their functions and the absence of a management model that will help better decision-making. Within chapter one you will find the theoretical design and each of the conceptualizations that will allow you to learn more about this investigative process. Following chapter two, the diagnosis or field study will be shown graphically and in detail with their respective conclusions and analysis. Finishing with chapter three, which will be based on the design of the proposal to improve decision-making of the company.
