Análisis del comercio informal y propuesta de diseño del mercado central del cantón Montalvo provincia de los Ríos.

Abstract

Various reasons show the need for an adequate space for the commercial development of the Montalvo canton. The present investigation identifies the problem around the inadequate infrastructure of the canton market; as the space destined to satisfy the spatial needs for the commercial development of Montalvo. The main objective of this research work is to make a diagnosis of the current infrastructure and disorganized commerce, in order to later make an architectural proposal that meets the commercial typology characteristics for the Montalvo canton; all this based on data collection through field research, population sample and theory-based references. Therefore, it is evident that the architectural space is obsolete and it is concluded with the elaboration at the project level of an architectural space based on the current needs indicated in the investigation.
