Propuesta y diseño de un centro microempresarial en el cantón Manta.

Abstract

The present thesis, entitled "Proposal and Design of a Microenterprise Center in the Manta Canton," proposes an architectural project focused on the business sector of the city. Local entrepreneurs often carry out their activities in conditions that do not allow them to develop their products easily and obtain expected results, either due to their workplace, lack of resources, or shortage of knowledge in the areas they decide to undertake. It is important to define spaces that satisfy the demand of the users considering the types of artisanal activities they want to learn and, at the same time, that the architectural design reflects and maintains the cultural traits that identify Manta. As a result, the proposal seeks to enhance the development of the city's artisans, both in terms of the training itself, which will be strengthened through workshops, and in the production of their products for commercialization since this is one of the main sources of income in the Canton.
