Propuesta de regeneración y recuperación de las áreas de protección y diseño de equipamiento público para la zona que conecta el sector nueva esperanza, 2 de agosto y lomillas del colorado de la parroquia Eloy Alfaro del cantón Manta.

Abstract

This research work focuses on recovery strategies and regeneration as a solution to the deterioration and lack of protection found in the areas of protection located in the area that connects the Nueva Esperanza, 2 sectors of August and Lomillas del Colorado belonging to the Eloy Alfaro parish of Cantón Manta, a place that, due to its irregular topography along with the presence of 2 channels natural resources, in addition to the consolidation of informal settlements disordered results in areas with untapped natural resources and with wrong uses for these creek and riverbed areas. For the development of this project, urban strategies were taken into account. based on models of national repertoires, in addition to research into reality physics of these areas and their surroundings, taking this as a starting point for the assessment of the problem based on an analysis and diagnosis of the current state of the ravine and riverbed. The purpose of the project is to find urban recovery strategies and regeneration for these protection zones that allow improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector, promote development with activities aimed at recreation, rest, sport, culture, generating a proposal capable of responding and provide a solution to the deterioration and lack of protection, in addition to increasing and contributing to the index urban greening of the city through the creation of parks, natural environments such as green corridors, plazas and roads, generating a sustainable and sustainable for the city.
