Abstract

The Sucre parish in recent years has had progressive territorial growth unplanned, which has caused many activities to be carried out in an unplanned manner. disorderly and without control, one of these activities, and the one that will be the main axis of analysis in The present investigation is the commercial activity that is generated in the Sector, more specifically informal trade. Where the main objective is to propose the design of a commercial plaza for the relocation of informal merchants that allows the improvement of the urban andscape and its habitability, which provides a solution to some of the main territorial planning problems of Sucre. According to the field investigation, the study and analysis of the sample population and theoretical references, the bases and guidelines for the design of the proposal, and generate a solution through suitable commercial equipment where They manage different commercial premises according to the products and services they ffer, equipment that would house merchants who are informal. In the design, the requirements of users and merchants are considered, where general commercial premises of different characteristics according to the capacity of each merchant, and the adaptation of external places that allow them to be used for trade fairs.
