Nueva propuesta urbana arquitectónica en la ciudadela San Patricio 1 del cantón Jaramijó.

Abstract

In this degree work, an analysis of the current situation of the case of study to help propose a proposal that provides a solution to the lack of equipment urban in the San Patricio 1 Urbanization located in Jaramijó. The methodology applied for the project is based on research carried out in 3 phases fundamental, using documents and research instruments to collect data important to support the proposed hypothesis. Ultimately, the document highlights the projects considered important for the improvement of the quality of life and image of the San Patricio Urbanization, which not only seeks the construction of new public facilities, but also outline three prototypes of housing as proposals that can be taken into account as replicable models in depending on the needs of the residents or owners of the land in the citadel.
