Respuesta de tres densidades de manejo en la producción de huevos de codorniz (coturnix coturnix japonica).

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis research is to know the response of three management densities in the production of quail eggs (Coturnix coturnix japonica), in 20 experimental units. The experiment was developed using a completely randomized design (D.C.A.), with four treatments and five repetitions. An ADEVA of all the indicators evaluated was performed and the comparison of means was done using the Tukey test at 5%. The independent variable is the response to three densities and the dependent variable is quail egg production. The treatments that were applied are 1 = 0.7 m2 x 10 quails (control), 2 = 0.7 m2 x 8 quails, 3 = 0.7 m2 x 6 quails and 4 = 0.7 m2 x 12 quails; obtaining that the best treatment is the two, in which a population density of 8 quails is established in 0.7 m2, in which there was a greater production of eggs and less damaged or chopped, in addition to the gain in weight of the eggs , yolk and white was higher.
