Diagnóstico participativo del potencial para el desarrollo de la localidad de San Luis de cajones.

Abstract

The objective of this research is the participatory diagnosis of the potential for the development of the town of San Luis de Cajones; For him, a cluster-type show was carried out, where 50 people aged 20 were surveyed, the survey was divided into three dimensions: social, economic and environmental. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software. It was established that the age of the respondents was less than 50 years (94%) and that their main family economy was agriculture (92%). The predominant type of crop in the area was banana (44%), followed by cocoa; the livestock that prevailed was the pig (24%), followed by transport poultry (16%) for self-consumption purposes. In addition, it was found that there is a lack of training in good agricultural practices. Finally, it was established that there is a positive correlation between the implementation of good agricultural practices and the producer's income in the San Luis de Cajones region.
