Abstract

The present investigation analyzes the effects of wasting the territorial potentialities and the little participatory planning for management territorial of the parish seat of San Isidro of the Sucre canton. In order to diagnose the reality operating in the place of study, it is Firstly, a descriptive and diagnostic investigation was carried out; whose results were the baseline on which an alternative was developed architectural solution to identified problems; in this proposal Sustainability criteria were combined for the use of the potentialities of the place analyzed as a strategy to enhance the territory, in joint work with local residents and their organizations sectionals. The proposal is an ecotourism complex aimed at serving as an alternative to energize and enhance community rural tourism where it predominates as the base material of construction of the guadua cane and its function is to be an infrastructure that serves as sustenance for recreational activities and lodging that revalue the cultural and natural resources of the environment analyzed, where the population has the opportunity not only to be spectators but also direct actors of their own process of improving living conditions.
