Abstract

The objective of this research is to provide the citizenship of Bahía de Caraquez of a public space designed and planned to give safe point solution in the urban area of ​​the Bahía parish, which has been seen affected by the results that natural disasters have left, and that have been seen in difficulties due to not having spaces in which citizens feel safe. It is for this reason that the design of a public space that Complies with all the requirements given by the risk and social security organizations, and that can shelter people in the event of catastrophic events such as tsunamis, since which is located on the highest topographic levels of the bay parish. At the same time, the viewpoint proposal is immersed in an urban city plan, named ANCHOR PLAN This plan aims to create a green circuit in the urban area of bay, composed of resilient roads called green cords that become in connecting arteries to the public spaces of the bay and the base projects of the plan, among which are the Malecón Alberto Santos, Malecón Bahía of the sector Bellavista and the Mirador del Cerro la Cruz. Projects that will function as safe points in case of natural disasters.
