Abstract

For the following investigation, we seek to propose a regeneration project and improvement of the urban image through the proposal of a tourist boardwalk for the canton Pedernales in the sector of the mouth of the Tachina River between the neighborhoods Torres Molino and new pedernales so an analysis of the problematic situation was made which could be conclude that there is a latent problem in the sector and needs urgent intervention by part of the authorities which with the project will be able to reduce the different problems found in the sector that are affecting both the community and the tourism with which the city is developed, so the aim is to provide a visual attractive effect that can be used by tourists and people from the canton. For the proposal, the latent progressive deterioration that exists and has not been diagnosed was analyzed and diagnosed. obtained no attempt at recovery or intervention to improve the image urban area of ​​the sector by the municipality of the canton. And taking into account that the canton Pedernales bases its large part of its economy on tourism from people who visit the beaches in every holiday season which a project like the tourist boardwalk would be a fundamental basis for the increase of the canton's economy. The main objective is that the tourist boardwalk provides benefits both for the community and the canton economically through the improvement of the urban image.
