The place of analysis is located in the City of Calceta in the sector of Platanales, a place that presents and provides a wonderful image with a splendid landscape that emphasizes the beauty of the natural landscape, without However, it also reflects the lack of planning to be able to get the most potential of the site. Therefore, this research is based on a diagnosis of the study area, whose information served as a starting point for the realization of an urban-architectural proposal, in addition these requirements were supported by strict theoretical research that allowed us to evaluate the guidelines on which the proposal will be based of design. In order to satisfy the needs of the group through a design proposal, was developed through a process that acquired several stages that show an orderly process, which can be sustained under regulatory and technological requirements that allowed the urban-architectural proposal meets the requirements of society.
