Propuesta de recuperación urbano – arquitectónica del borde del río pescadillo del cantón Flavio Alfaro.

Abstract

The objective of this titling work is to study the banks of the “Pescadillo” River from the Miraflores neighborhood to the Cristo Del Consuelo neighborhood of the Flavio Alfaro, focusing on the assessment of great importance of the natural resources of the territory in order to use them appropriately for the benefit of citizenship. Priority was given to analyzing the housing and environmental conditions in which the current situation is found in order to obtain a thorough diagnosis of the existing problems, by collecting data obtained through field exploration such as surveys and general mapping of the area of study achieved with exploration techniques during its journey. Through the results of the field exploration and bibliographic research analyzing references that resemble the habitability conditions of Flavio Alfaro, it was possible to obtain the necessary bases to be able to propose a proposal with several types of flexible public spaces that will benefit the population and improve the urban-environmental image of the city.
