Propuesta urbana-arquitectónica de área recreativa para fortalecer la participación comunitaria del colectivo de Sosote del cantón Rocafuerte-Manabí.

Abstract

This degree work is framed in the approach to the problems generated by the improvisation of land use for activities recreational in the community of Sosote in the Rocafuerte canton; understanding for recreational activities, those aimed at recreation, activities contemporary and the exercise of recreational, artistic and sports discipline; for which suitable infrastructure is required that satisfies the different requirements of the social group. For this purpose, the research was descriptive and diagnostic, whose information obtained, was based on field observation and review documented data; which were complemented with the application of a survey the population involved, to examine their criteria regarding to the implications of a community proposal for a recreational area, to strengthen the participation of the Sosote community. The results obtained from this investigation denoted that; the use of current land does not respond to the demands of citizens and rather leaves glimpse; the scarce provision of furniture and community equipment, existing in the study area, based on which a proposal was made community recreational area, to reduce those conditions. From this study it was concluded the existence of a serious problem that generates improvisation of land use whose consequences entail a territorial disorganization that affects the living conditions of the population.
