Abstract

The present research work was carried out in the central area of ​​the “Pozos de la Sabana” sector, belonging to the Jaramijó Canton, which has an environment environmental, geographical and urban planning with evident territorial degradation. The current information on the prevailing scenario of the sector, allows us to know depth the consequences and latent subproblems in the community in question. The vision that is reflected in this research is to specify the problem through visual recognition of the sector and ideas collected from roundtables debate with the inhabitants and leaders of Pozo De La Sabana, usefulness of the which proposes a proposal that revives public spaces of an urban nature, in the same way commercial and tourist activities, considering that in the currently they do not have the required bases to enhance their attributes territories and improve their quality of life. The proposal for an “Interior reform plan to optimize the deterioration of the habitation” territorial and urban development of the Pozos De La Sabana site in the Jaramijó canton”, will promote the growth necessary to enhance the urban quality of the sector and thus offering a better experience to locals and strangers. The communal space of sector will provide incomparable functions such as recreation, culture, commerce, among others, areas that until now have been completely abandoned.
