Abstract

The following degree work aims to establish a strategic plan of a nature territorial for the recovery of the coastal edge of the El Matal parish of the canton Jama, where the protection of the strip is constituted as the main factors inhabited coastal and ecological restoration, creating a harmonious relationship between the town and nature, in addition, the strengthening of activities is pursued productive through the use of natural resources and the territory, The ambition is also to transform the sector through various points of intervention in which trategies and projects focused on urban planning are proposed sustainable, these solutions are framed within three fundamental pillars that have guided this work based on social, environmental and economic development. With the proposal raised based on the requirements of the population and potentials that the territory has, together with a vision of an ecological city, promotes tourism growth in the study area as the main objective, promoting its development in all areas and participation in the award-winning "Blue Flag for cological beaches" program, promoting a level more tourism and attract foreign investment.
