Abstract

Competitive organizations today have established tools business intelligence to provide your collaborators with tools that help in making correct and effective decisions (Guitar and Conesa, 2014). This project shows a problem that the SMEs today, due to little knowledge of the procedures that They provide Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The development of this degree work includes the implementation of business tools taking the Santa Pharmacy as a case study Martha, in order to be able to handle a greater amount of data volume stored in the organization, in order to be able to manipulate this information (data) and thus convert it into valuable information that helps middle and senior management make sound management decisions. The proposal will use real data from the last 3 years that will allow efficiently capture, store, process, analyze and display data generated in the decision-making process.
