Abstract

The present investigation arose from the need to know the tools that exist to perform software tests for which it was chosen as references to the virtual classroom of the Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí. The objective was to carry out software tests by applying tools to evaluate the efficiency of the Virtual Classroom document management of the Eloy Alfaro de Manabí Lay University in El Carmen. Capturing the foundation of the theory of software testing in document management in order to identify and select the different tools allowing to choose the three that meet the highest number of parameters according to ISO / IEC 25010 standards according to the efficiency of performance, and then execute it to define if it is efficient in different aspects such as; temporal behavior, use of resources and capacity, demonstrating the percentage of efficiency that each of them possesses when evaluating the Virtual Classroom document management system of the Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí Extension in El Carmen. Finally it is reflected in a report with the results obtained demonstrating that the tool dareboost 82% efficiency toolbox demonstrates 73% efficiency finally the Webpagetext 45% efficiency that software tests applying to the tools giving compliance with regulations of performance efficiency in the platform and determining which of the tools is the optimum for the evaluation of a document management systems of the Virtual Classroom of the Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí Extension in El Carmen
