dc.description.abstractIn this project, the business plan is prepared for the creation of a small company that produces and markets vegetable milk based on sesame seeds, in the Manta canton, whose main activity is to produce an innovative product, this being healthy and providing greater nutritional amounts than existing products, allowing people to satisfy the needs of acquiring types of products made based on vegetable seeds. The Sesame Life company will make its product known through a distribution channel that goes from the final consumer retail company, in this way it will begin its activities. Among its strategic alliances is the company Oleaginosas del Puerto Olipuerto S.A., which will be the supplier of the raw materials, once the product has been manufactured will be distributed to retailers such as hypermarkets, bakeries and gyms since there is a large influx of people in these types of businesses, allowing them to know the product faster. In the market study carried out, it was determined that there are advantages and disadvantages regarding the product, on the one hand, we have advantages that it is a product innovative that provides greater nutritional benefits and at the same time there is a great demand for healthy consumption. More and more people are opting for changes of eating habits, on the other hand, one of the disadvantages is the lack of knowledge of the benefits of the sesame seed, which is why you can reap doubts and fear, given these irregularities, strategies will be implemented that will allow these disadvantages to be counteracted. In the operational analyses, it was possible to identify the necessary requirements to start with the operational activities of the company, such as; the installed capacity, the equipment and machinery for production, the production process, labor, etc. For the execution of the project, the financial study shows a total investment of $101.3017 dollars, same amount that is divided into equity with 56% and credit banking with 44%. Among the financial indicators, it reflects a NPV of $69,403, being an indicator greater than zero, the IRR 33.4% being greater than the discount rate 11.2%, the period of recovery of the investment will be 2 years 11 months and 26 days, determining with these results that the project is economically viable.es
