Influencia de las herramientas motivacionales en la productividad de los trabajadores de la empresa Fresh Fish del Ecuador Cía. Ltda., ubicada en la vía Manta-San Mateo.

Abstract

The main objective of this research work is to analyze the motivational tools and their influence on the productivity of the workers in the company Fresh Fish el Ecuador Cía. For this purpose a descriptive and correlational methodology was used, with a non-experimental design, which considered for its population and sample the 55 workers of the organization and the head of human talent, the techniques used were a survey with 16 questions that respond to the four dimensions extrinsic motivational tools, intrinsic motivational tools. Efficiency and effectiveness, and an interview with 7 open questions to know the current situation of the company. Among the results it was found that among the motivational tools that have been used in the organization are those related to the physical environment and organizational climate, always disseminating the philosophy of the organization to align employees with the objectives, managers agree on the importance of implementing strategies to contribute to the satisfaction and productivity of workers. We conclude with the establishment of strategies for the application of motivational tools in the search for continuous improvement of workers' productivity, contemplating a motivational plan with actions to promote a sense of relevance, recognize achievements, provide feedback, measure performance and contribute to the well-being of both employees and the organization.
