Análisis del Clima Organizacional y su Incidencia en el Desempeño del Personal Administrativo de la Cooperativa de Transporte 29 de septiembre de la Ciudad de Manta, 2021.

Abstract

The present research Project entitled “Analysis of the organizational climate and its impact on the performance of the administrative staff of the cooperative of transport September 29 of the Manta City, 2021”, had as its main objective to analyze the impact of the organizational climate on the performance administrative staff of said institution. This research was descriptive, quantitative and qualitative, bibliographic and field, with a non- experimental design, using the methods of surveys and interviews applied to the administrative staff and the leaders of said institution, respectively. The results show that the administrative management is good, the motivation is at a medium level and that COVID 19 affected the work performance of the collaborators during the 2021 period, once the diagnosis was completed, the design pf proposals with different strategies was carried out, which they will be opportunities for continuous improvement for the organizational climate of the institution and, consequently, for the performance of the personnel who work in it, thus achieving both organizational and personal goals and objectives.
