Abstract

According to the present research project work, an analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility (hereinafter CSR) was executed with the objective of determining whether the Decentralized Autonomous Government (hereinafter GAD) Rural Parish of Puerto Machalilla is adequately managed with a CSR model that accesses the sustainable development of the parish labor entity, Therefore, its application was carried out with the help of the CERES ETHOS indicator guide questionnaire, which is linked to CSR indicators that meet international standards for the respective analysis of results, based on the reference categorization of the Association of Christian Entrepreneurs (ADEC)-Paraguay organization of the same guide. This research is quantitative-descriptive, therefore, it is carried out to the management of social responsibility in the Decentralized Autonomous Rural Parish Government of Puerto Machalilla, where a coordination is examined in a strategic way linked to the applicability that it has, The result obtained is that the institution has certain CSR practices that are within the framework of mandatory and compliance of its operational tasks, therefore, are shown as proposals for implementation of key activities for the improvement of Social Responsibility in the Decentralized Autonomous Rural Parochial Government of Puerto Machalilla.
