| Resumen : | This research project is proposed from the Universidad Laica "Eloy Alfaro" of Manabí, Manta, in the Industrial Engineering career, which aims to design a quality manual in the water bottling factory in the city of Manta. The impact that is going to be achieved with this research topic is to make known the specific standards that this product must meet each and every one of the quality standards, good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety and the respective values indicated in each of the ISO standards, so that the service that this bottling factory is providing is to the liking of all its consumers and to provide a good service.
