Resumen : The venture, a business plan for the creation of a veterinary services center for domestic and exotic animals in the city of Manta, had as its objective; Design a comprehensive plan that offers specialized pet services and products ensuring a focus on quality of service and customer satisfaction. In this study, various digital marketing strategies were applied to the target market with the purpose of attracting new clients and implementing a diversified approach in promotion, thus the veterinary clinic will differentiate itself from the other veterinary clinics in the city. Likewise, a market study was applied where a mixed, qualitative and quantitative investigation was identified, surveys were applied as an interview to a specific population of 384 people (surveys) and 6 veterinary doctors (interview) who participated in the research, several study typologies were also applied, such as; descriptive, descriptive, correlational, bibliographic and field. Consequently, the results were analyzed and tabulated using the statistical program SPSS version 25, which allowed precise information to be collected according to the 10 items evaluated. Finally, a financial study was carried out which determined an investment of $48,035 dollars with a recovery period of 10 months and 5 days. The financial analysis showed a net profit of $64,003, being a profitable value for the business. With an internal rate of return of 3.86% of the investment.
Descripción : El emprendimiento, plan de negocios para la creación de un centro de servicios veterinarios para animales domésticos y exóticos en la ciudad de Manta, tuvo como objetivo; diseñar un plan integral que ofrezca servicios y productos especializados para mascotas asegurando un enfoque en la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.
