dc.description.abstractIn the midst of the construction and implementation project of the hydraulic system, the present need to assume the logistics and transportation of the materials and supplies that this implies must be raised, to expedite and facilitate the execution of the work. In order for a correct construction process to be developed in a project for a kitchen laboratory, the importance that the logistics and transportation of supplies for a hydraulic system entails must be recognized, such that better operational efficiency would be developed, that is, an organization of these inputs is carried out and they are available for the same process; Quality and safety would also be achieved because they guarantee integrity and quality and ensure consistent results; cost and time that minimizes necessary inputs; regulatory compliance that manages to avoid sanctions and ensure compliance with industry standards and finally, optimize space that allows satisfactory organization that facilitates access to materials and avoids disorders. This work aims to explain the effective management of logistics and transportation of supplies as a fundamental process for the fluid, safe and efficient operation of a hydraulic system in the kitchen laboratory.es
