Resumen : This document presents an integrative academic project whose objective is to develop a web and mobile computer system for inventory management at the Agua Sana Agustín plant. Through this project, several relevant problems were identified, including: the difficulty in monitoring and controlling stored products, the lack of updated information on available inventory, errors in manual processes and the lack of centralized records, which generates inefficiency and economic losses. To collect this information, a research methodology was used that included a bibliographic review, direct observation at the plant and analysis of current processes. In addition, data collection techniques such as surveys of operating personnel and interviews with the person in charge of the inventory area were applied. The survey was conducted with 11 workers, while the interview was conducted with the plant manager. The system allows reliable, real-time access to inventory information, improving supply planning and decision making. The waterfall methodology was used, which structured the development in the analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment phases. Its main functionalities are registration and tracking of products in real time, access control according to defined roles, automatic generation of inventory reports and alerts for product replenishment. The tests and simulations carried out showed a notable reduction in errors, greater precision in updating data, an increase in operational efficiency, and high acceptance by users, who highlighted the ease of use of the system. This development represents a key tool to guarantee more efficient operation, improving productivity and reducing costs.
Descripción : Este documento presenta un proyecto académico integrador cuyo objetivo es desarrollar un sistema informático web y móvil para la gestión del inventario en la planta de Agua San Agustín. A través de este proyecto, se identificaron varias problemáticas relevantes, entre ellas: la dificultad en el seguimiento y control de los productos almacenados, la falta de información actualizada sobre el inventario disponible, los errores en los procesos manuales y la falta de registros centralizados, lo que genera ineficiencia y pérdidas económicas.
